Waterworks Waterpark

Waterworks Waterpark combines relaxing swimming pool fun with high speed tubes and slides, giving everyone in your family a great way to cool off. For the little ones, there are wading pools and a separate children’s area, while the more exciting features will be sure to delight older swimmers. There are on-site shaded pavilions that can be rented, as well as concessions. This area park is ideal for birthday parties, special occasions, and hot sunny days. Best of all, it’s just over six miles from our hotel.

Lee-Fendall House

The Lee family is one of the most well-known families in American history, despite never having held the rank of President. Their best known member, Robert E. Lee, infamously led the Confederate Army during the American Civil War. This historic place is a fascinating look back at the country’s history, as well as the many tenants that called this place their home. The classic style of this house is perfect for weddings, and the tour is great for anyone interested in American history.

Leesylvania State Park

Leesylvania State Park is a 543-acre park located directly on the Potomac River. This scenic area has miles of walking trails, kayak and canoe rentals, fishing and boating areas, a pier, boat slip, picnic areas, and much more for anyone to enjoy.
